I got a gel mani/pedi and the next day, I noticed on several nails the color was turning from dark pink to orange. This has never happened to me before, and I called the salon and they told me they would give me my next mani for free. When I came back and went to check out, the manager refused to honor this and only gave me 10% off. I would have never returned to this salon if I knew they would not have fixed the mistake they made.
Very welcoming, listens to what you want and double checks there work. I had Lucy and she was great! I will be back!
The salon is very clean and they do a great job. But they charge you extra for everything. Got a gel manicure with a little, very little glitter at the tip. 15.00 extra. Regular manicure, no polish, just buffing extra 5.00 to buff my nails with a sponge. And they don’t tell you of the extra charge till you check out. Make sure you get the price up front. Extra to take off gel. Extra, extra, extra for any little thing.
