Purchased a vehicle and the extended car warranty. Was told the extended car warranty COULD and WOULD be cancelled. 7-8 weeks later the warranty is still showing active and no attempt has been made to cancel it from the dealership. Also was told by Honey Car, I would receive an email stating the date of cancellation, still have not received the confirmation email. Avoid this place as they conduct business as if it was a tote your note lot.
Anthony and Chris were absolutely amazing! The service, respect, honesty and trust was earned and maintained throughout the sale. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thank you Anthony and Chris!
Thank you so much Travis Johnson for a job well done. I am beyond blessed to say that you have helped us in so many ways. Honey employee’s were very respectful, very helpful, and most overall friendly to all the customers. Although it was a far drive out there but it was worth it. We bought a vehicle at the end of January and have nothing but issues. The word “lemon” doesn’t begin to describe the vehicle. Within two weeks of ownership multiple major drivetrain issues have occurred. While I would say the included extended warranty is a saving grace, the unresponsiveness of Honey Car, as well as the warranty company, have made this a terrible experience. I honestly wish we had waited and bought elsewhere.
Rude & unprofessional. We came in to get a car priced to sell & they immediately started to play games. It took over 30 mins for the assessment & included taking the car for a drive without telling us. Misty came to give the offer, but walked around back of me. She talked to my back instead of talking face to face. The car has new battery, tires, rims, etc & she wouldn’t take any of that into consideration.
