We went here because my dog absolutely loves Honey Baked Ham. They made a sandwich with just ham just for him and were so kind!
My mom and I stop here every year when we come down for our conference, so it’s become a bit of a tradition for us. The food is consistently good — no complaints there — but the service experience is hit or miss, and this visit highlighted the same issues we’ve noticed in past years. Our salesperson this time was Amanda. She was new, and while she was doing her best, she seemed overwhelmed and alone. Resturant was empty stood there for 5 mins never got acknowledged left
Terrible experience. Food took forever. They were out of almost everything I wanted. They shouldn't call the sandwich on the menu a Turkey bacon ranch. I had a pinch of bacon and she blamed it on the manager that how she wants it. What a joke for $10. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.
