We ordered an 8-8.99lb Prime Rib and when we went to pick it up, they didn’t hold one that size back for us. We ended up getting only a 4lb one and had to purchase a ham, in order to have enough to feed our party for Christmas. Definitely will NEVER purchase anything from this Honey Baked Ham store again!! The blonde haired lady that was there, acted as if she could care less and was NOT friendly at all!! The gentleman that was there today, with her, was very nice and friendly.

I've been buying hams for over 30 years and own my own company and gave these out to employees, so when I say I bought a lot. I have. This was the worst 1 and Danielle the manager could care less.said to call corporate,to Google the number she didn't have it. I would never step foot in there ever again even if they gave it to me for free. Had the half boneless ham and smoked turkey, both had really good flavor. My order arrived the day before Thanksgiving. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly and everything was well organized. I arrived early and they already had everything prepared through their steaming process. The employees were helpful and fast. Just a heads-up: if they choose a larger item that weighs more, they do charge extra (mine was about an additional $10), but I believe that’s standard for the franchise.
