Thank you, Kathy, for your compliment and your low carb suggestion! That was a great idea! Did you try our smoked and roasted turkey on Friday at our Friday Trydays event? We are doing sampling every Friday from 11-2. Next Friday we sample our yummy fall off the bone ribs. We hope to see you and to make you a fan of those, as well.
Our lunch was absolutely delicious, but it paled in comparison to the unbelievably friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Pre-ordered my ham on Monday, to be ready today. When my husband arrived to pick up our ham, he was told that they sold our ham. There were several people in the store complaining about the same issue. They did offer an apology but it came with an excuse. They said that they were just so busy that they didn't have room to store all their pre-orders and they needed to accommodate their walk in customers. Seems a little backwards to me.

I would, sincerely, like to speak with you about this, apologize personally, learn what happened so as to correct any future occurrences, and see what amends we may do.
