I went to Honey Nails for a simple refill, but instead they gave me a whole new set and popped off my nails without soaking them off. This is extremely damaging to the natural nail and not what I asked for. On top of that, I was charged an extra $10 just for them removing my nails this way, a total of $70 for a plain acrylic set. No French tip, no design, just acrylic with a milky shellac color. I left very disappointed. Just went there for the first time and it might be my new place to go. Not only because it’s 5 minutes from home but the ladies were friendly and did a great job on my nails. And it’s clean
Terrible experience. I called around 5 to ask for a biogel set & was told to just come in right now. Once I got there Angel said we close at 6 but I guess I am doing you. Which their website says 6:30! Then as she was doing my nails I moved my hand she said "don't move unless you want to bleed and I cut you" she also told me she hated doing Bio-gel "it's messy and alot of work" not friendly at all. I'll never step foot back in there again. My experience was not with the $65
Awesome experience! My Mani Pedi came out awesome. My nail tech Angel was great. The location is tidy and clean. I would recommend this hidden gem
