Awful nails. Didn’t cut out my cuticles properly or prep my nails properly. The BIAB was applied super thick and didn’t go to the tip of my nails…. Each nail had a massive blob on. The guy then went to paint my nails and I had to stop him as I assumed he would have filed the blobs off? I ended up walking out and having to pay someone else to remove my nails because they were so rude and it made me super uncomfortable
It depends on the technician you get. I've had a few that aren't so great. I feel bad saying this because they are super nice and at the same time, I've left unhappy with my manicure a few times. Today, the technician painted too close to my cuticles and it made my fingers look short and it's very unflattering. It was also very uneven. It looks like I did them myself. I was told they could fix it next week but I'd prefer to leave happy the day of the manicure. I’m not sure why I have to wait until next week to get them fixed... read more

Love this place! everyone is super nice, it's so clean and relaxing and always get the best service
I have been going here since I moved to NY! They are always so welcoming, extremely professional, and I have never had a bad experience. My nails always look and feel great and even when I’ve had to come in for repairs, they are extremely accommodating during busy hours. I will never go anywhere else 🤗
