Was not completely satisfied with the service. I first visit as was just satisfactory.....second visit not cleaned sufficiently and the spray used on the floor left a dull finish on my hard wood floor
Emailed the minute I received my invoice to express my dissatisfaction with my “deep clean”. with no response…. The clean took way longer than originally told that morning by the cleaners our home “was clean this would be a breeze.” I returned home to find them still there and not even close to being done, I had to ask for the upstairs to stop being done and concentrate on the downstairs as we were having company. I have a broken foot and family visiting so I was in a panic. This team contacted me that they had a cancellation and squeezed me in for a deep clean. I’ve never had my home cleaned professionally before and I am so impressed! This is the way to go and this is THEEE company to hire! The ladies were on time, professional and absolute sweethearts.
