A friend recently used Brian and was genuinely trying hard to work out a date for additional work. She was treated instead to unprofessional, rude responses that were not deserved. She was polite and didn’t understand his unnecessary anger. He even threatened her (which is why I am posting on her behalf). DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! I reached out for an estimate and after I said "no, thank you" he replied with a scathing text saying "that will be the last time, that you waste my time." After that, I replied telling him that he was rude and had a poor attitude to which he replied, "I was a miserable person, that rubbed people the wrong way" then ended the conversation by saying he would pray for me! This guy is a real piece of work and I am so sorry to hear that he is a veteran! Conversation below!
Brian, the owner and handymen, replaced some roof tiles this summer. He asked me to purchase more tiles so he could finish the small job. When I purchased the additional tiles I called (a few times), but received no response. After a couple weeks I received a scathing text basically stating he had more important jobs to do and that he would do the small job before the rainy season.
