This review is for stacking a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Working with John was an absolute pleasure. He was very responsive, provided recommendations for parts needed and quickly sent a team to do the job. The team, however, was very unprofessional. One team member showed up over an hour late, while the second member eventually arrived 45 minutes later.
