When I went in the lady that was at the front was very welcoming. She had two units that was ready to show. I fell in love with the second one immediately I put an application and the process was quick and easy and I got approved.
I love where I live at in Honey Creek awesome place the manager has events for the community never had that before Nicole's an awesome manager I love being at the honeycreek feels like home. Update: New management Georgetta is doing well on getting things done, having events for the kids is a plus.. The torn down trailers are gone, new ones in.. The property looks amazing and clean thanks to out maintenance Kenny Gibs keeps the lawn looking better than it ever has been since I've been here several years, also with the help o... read more

ETA: The last 2 managers (including the current one) have been absolutely wonderful! They're quick to respond to any needs or concerns, and are easy to get ahold of. Rent is always posted by the 1st, and is easily paid online now. They have both gone above and beyond by doing multiple events for our community, really focusing on the kiddos here. The new maintenance crew is also top notch! With all of the abandoned homes gone, new homes finally livable, the newly paved roads, and the landscaping, this is the best I've seen th... read more
