Me and a friend lived in a trailer this past year. There were so many issues, like mold in the walls from a leak in the roof that management didn’t bother to fix until it was way way too late. There were holes int the floor, a broken oven that was mentioned to Georgetta many a times, and issues with the furnace. All were never addressed by the overly lazy, and irresponsible manager. I wouldn't move in without a Lawyer on retainer. They will screw you over, make mistakes on purpose, loose evidence, and the burden of proof will be on you when the court date comes.
Very nice, safe , country neighborhood . I am new , But so far , I have loved living here . Pet friendly as well . Great sunsets from my front porch.
