Hannah has a great personality and is great at waxing too! The office staff, however, are not friendly and need additional customer service training. They really put a damper on the overall experience. As a small business owner, I know that it is crucial to have good customer service. The front staff are the first impression of the business. If they are miserable people, the clientele take notice and no one wants to spend money there, let alone tip.
