Only providing ONE star as ZERO stars is not an option. WORST experience ever on Mother’s Day! We ordered flowers for my MIL. They tried to deliver at EIGHT a.m. When no one answered, they did NOT try calling or returning. They simply did NOT deliver. When asked to deliver by my husband, they tried telling him that he would have to pay an additional delivery fee. Then, it was stated that my MIL could pick them up.
