A porta potty is a porta potty, what separates service these days is Customer Service. We had a miscommunication and a situation that asked a lot of a customer service agent on the phone and then André on the service and, which resulted in a very big pivot and compassion from both of these agents on a Friday afternoon that resulted in a very satisfied customer in myself. We had a one of their portable toilets at our buisness. Flood water started to come up, we called and they were out same day to remove it. Thank you, it would have floated away or worse.. made a mess.

They don’t provide the service you pay for and then threaten to charge you $120 to come back and do their job. There are a lot of good toliet rental companies out there find someone else

We use Honey Bucket regularly for the construction company I work for. They have always been great to work with. Yesterday we had a little mix up and they removed our toilet from the wrong jobsite. Once the Pacific Yard was notified, Matt Smith (Ops Mgr.), made sure to call me right away and assure me that he would have the toilet returned to the jobsite before our crew arrived at 6am the next morning.
