What a freaking nightmare of an experience. We are trying to use a portable bathroom trailer for a company event. From start to finish this has been the worst experience. Cannot get consistent communication (like, do you even want our money or not? 🤣). Couldn’t get response for booking for well over a week. Completely wrong info was given for drop off and pick up instructions and it was dropped off a day earlier than we were told (it’s not our residence so this is an inconvenience to the location owner).
