I would give a zero review but I am being generous with the one star. They charged me $80 upfront for the technician to come out. Technician was scheduled to arrive between 1 to 4 PM. At 4:30PM they called and asked to reschedule between 6 to 7 PM. He showed up at 8:35 PM and left at 8:45PM. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes and the outsourced tech wanted another $120 for a light bulb and labor. I disputed outrageous charge. I gave him back his light bulb and refused the work.

I tried to use this business. When I initially called to schedule repair work on my Samsung dryer the woman was nice had me scheduled for the very next day. Within 30 minutes of her scheduling me, their contracted out technicians called me to reschedule for a week later. The day came, the tech called again only to say they didn't service Samsung, even though I told the woman and the man who called to reschedule previously that my dryer was a Samsung. A neighbor in Honey Brook, suggested this place. We have this old house in Honeybrook that we are about to sell together with the appliances. One appliance- the freezer in the garage was not working, asked them if it is still worth repairing, told them the year we bought it the brand and model and other stuffs over the phone. They told us that it is worth fixing so we can sell it too with the house. They came and fixed it in just an hour. Had them checked the door of the oven as well. Stay away from Honey Brook Appliance at all costs! Used them to fix my dryer back in April 2019. The tech "fixed" but had to come back three days later because it was making the same noise. He then said it needed another part which ok, let's do it. Since April the tech has cancelled 7 scheduled service appointments, SEVEN. Each time we have called Honey Brook appliance to complain they has made excuses for this tech.
