Dr. Buck was very unprofessional. He came in with an insult on my pet and it went downhill from there. He made jokes while he was examining. Said we have one two ears and eyes. He was talking about religious tattoos that had nothing to do with the tattoo spade mark. Never mentioned her health during or after the exam. The only positive was getting the shots. Aying for the actual exam was a waste of money.
My family has been going here off an on since 1976 (the off years would be when we lived in Ridley, from 1997-2006). Dr. Frankel, Dr. Bates and everyone have been exceptional to our dogs. They've seen 5 of them so far. Yes, Dr. Frankel comes off blunt, but that is his generation. Straight shooters. But I trust them with my dogs' lives. They have taken exceptional care of all of them.
