I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by the store manager. She has an attitude for no reason. She needs to remember she works in hospitality at a fancy and expensive lingerie store. I’m going to buy my stuff online now. I was made to feel so uncomfortable for no reason.
They were very rude . Came in here with my family and they kicked us out . So I wouldn't support this place
The store is very clean and always well stopped. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now as I’m a local. Today I came in and Symone was very attentive and prompt to assist me. She informed me of the updates throughout the store, including the new loyalty rewards policy. I’m looking forward to doing plenty more shopping here in the future.
Black Store manager lady has a major attitude, she acts like the money is coming out of her pocket when you return something! You work at honey Birdette lady you shouldn’t be acting like you’re better than customers ! All the nice employees who worked here left ! Also they lied and told me an item was final sale and it’s not ! Bad customer service !
