They were very rude . Came in here with my family and they kicked us out . So I wouldn't support this place
The store is very clean and always well stopped. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now as I’m a local. Today I came in and Symone was very attentive and prompt to assist me. She informed me of the updates throughout the store, including the new loyalty rewards policy. I’m looking forward to doing plenty more shopping here in the future.
Black Store manager lady has a major attitude, she acts like the money is coming out of her pocket when you return something! You work at honey Birdette lady you shouldn’t be acting like you’re better than customers ! All the nice employees who worked here left ! Also they lied and told me an item was final sale and it’s not ! Bad customer service !

I went in to purchase some items but left without completing the transaction when witnessing the manager berate an employee. She didn't even attempt to pull her to the side, the poor girl was just trying to assist a customer. I cannot believe that a company with such a good reputation puts persons with such little regard for others in positions of authority. The manager's name was McFarland in case anyone cares to ask.
