First impressions are everything and after placing my POV @ the Las Vegas Facility, I couldn't be happier. Trista was friendly and professional. She answered all questions and quite informative. Joshua (In Chicago @ Hdqtrs) explained why I was unable to reach the Mgr due to the time difference. He took the time to explain how the storage facilities welcome new customers. Great facility friendly and professional staff!
This facility is fantastic. Brand new, super clean, organized management. Excellent! getting a new space couldn’t have been easier. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I feel really good about the security, how clean it is …how nice the manger is - is highly recommend this place for storing and RV or anything.
The Manager, Trista, is a very professional, very personable individual. Extremely patient and willing to answer all your questions with a smile. I found the facilities to be nice and clean. For some reason it’s a bit hard to get to unless you know where you’re going. Don’t Trust Your GPS. It will start to act crazy. LOL… I guess because this is a new facility. I’m sure it will soon kick in properly.
