These folks are great hosts and also have great comfort meals and breakfasts. Doesn’t hurt that they are just a mile up the road ! Hope they stay a long time in Mattoon.
Went in and sat down instantly, the waitresses asked what we wanted to drink she seemed annoyed cause we both said water, she then took our order and I asked if something came with it, she just said no again acting annoyed just cause I asked. We get our food and it is horrible with no flavor at all. You could definitely tell the gravy came straight out of a tin can, if I wanted that I'd go to a gas station and ate. Poor service and poor food, no way I'll be going back. I'd rather had McDonald's.
My husband and I have eaten at this café numerous times. The wait staff has always been nice, quick,and efficient. They've always kept our drinks full and made sure we were well taken care of. The food always arrives quick, hot and DELICIOUS! It's a wonderful place to eat!
Fast service great food,good price, and extra parking behind restaurant.
