Outstanding This is what a rib joint should be. The ribs are excellent as is the bbq. The portions are pretty big, but a little messy. You won't be disappointed.
Real BBQ They say that their meat is so tender that you don't need teeth to eat it; that is accurate. Very casual and friendly atmosphere, generous portions, and tasty BBQ fill the place with great smells and satisfy the appetite. There are other BBQ places in Phoenix that may be a tad better, but this is a good one... and a local legend.
Honey Bears Barbeque is great! This is the best bbq in town. I love Honey Bears. It's very casual and works well for take out too. The beans are almost as good as the barbeque sauce.

First time to the restaurant and the collard greens were better then the chicken leg quarter. The leg was so overcooked that the chicken did not have much taste.
