Even though we love honey baked ham, the gift card i recieved wasnt enough to buy a full ham so we probably won't be back. 5.88 pounds for $82 that's a good week of groceries!
I had a very disappointing experience at the new Honey Baked Ham location in Waterford, MI on Christmas Eve. My prepaid order was scheduled for pickup between 4–5 PM, and I arrived at 4:30 PM. Two women were working the counter, and neither greeted me when I walked in. Instead, I was told I was “lucky” they were even giving me my order, because they were trying to close early — even though the posted store hours were until 5 PM and my pickup time was clearly within that window. This location truly is incredible. This was our second year in a row getting a ham from this exact spot right before Christmas. We've waited in long lines at numerous other locations over the years, but not anymore. We're thrilled to have stumbled across this one. Plus every employee we have encountered has been incredibly nice!
Ham was very burnt. Totally ruined my Christmas dinner. Not golden and in a sweet crust. Absolutely no sweet crust, just over smoked and burnt. $60.00 for a small quarter ham. What a waste of money.
