We always have loved at the food still do ordered online heard all the horror stories I had no issues three people online I was the second person the only issue I had was the ham is smaller than what I paid for. If you're taking orders online would be nice to make sure there's plenty to go around maybe I'll get some kind of credit.
We had an appointment at 8:00 am on 12/22/2025 and was told our ham is not here. Went back at 10:00 am and was told our ham is not here. Received email at 7:05 am that said our ham is ready for pick up. Somebody has their head up the pig's rear. Went to Kroger on Yankee Road, Liberty Township, and purchased a Private Selection Spiral Double Glazed 12 Pound Ham for $29.99!! The taste was amazing!! I don't like writing reviews but I would avoid ever ordering from here. Arrived at 930 to pick up a lot of food, I was told to come back 2 hours later because they did not have any food. I came back to a line around the entire building, I was eventually told my order wasn't available. The nice man who talked to me told me he didn't even work there so I'm assuming they were making people work there for free. Even if you order days in advance and have a pick up time you still have to wait in line with everyone else to pick it up, which during the holidays can be substantial long lines. If you are going, don't even bother ordering ahead of time it wont save you any time. Lines don't move quickly either. If I hadn't already paid, I'd have left and never returned.
Is it possible to give 0 stars? It’s 10:45 am and store supposed to be opened at 10:30 am. We can see people in the store and nobody even comes over to say how much longer to wait . 8 degrees outside. 10:47 somebody open the door a person to get in and said: “Maybe 15-30 minutes before we will open.
