Very confusing. I don't know why you would put in a holiday satellite store up and not be able to walk in and purchase the product I had to order online to be able to get it. It doesn't even make sense. There were a couple young women that were trying very hard to help me. So good on them. Very strange way to run a business with a very expensive product
Very nice staff on 12/20 4pm . Prices really go up every year.
