Amazing yet simple store. The difference? The staff was the friendliest, most courteous and personable staff I ever met in the last 20 years. This is the way all customer service should be.
They cancelled our advance order for our family's easter ham despite taking a hundred dollars from us and confirming our appointment to pick up. I showed up about 15 minutes early and they made everybody wait thirty minutes in line before telling all of us they oversold them by accident and they are out of ham. Since their ham is getting worse every year anyways, I was actually okay with getting to cook steaks instead. This review is for consideration of management. It is 3 pm on Saturday, April 19th, (the day before Easter). There is a single warm and considerate staff member working the store. It seems as if there has been a logistical error in stocking the appropriate amount of inventory for pre-orders on the eve of a holiday. By pure chance, I got the last ham that was available. I just want to commend the 2 women that were working today, the Saturday before easter. There was a line out the door...and they ran out of ham! However, I know it wasn't there fault that the corporate people just kept letting people place orders. These women did what they could to make each customer happy!
