Pre-ordered ham for one of the most common and important holidays to get ham and they managed to royally mess it up for everyone today. No one's ham got delivered on time, people waiting over an hour. No phone call or email to say they were having issues. Just an email saying it would be ready. We left and came back, and they still didn't have the ham we ordered after having to wait in a 45min line of backorders. Gave us a $1 discount for a different ham.
