I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the Honey Baked Ham at 13 Mile and Mound for ruining my Thanksgiving. Let me start by saying this was going to be my first time hosting Thanksgiving dinner since picking myself up from being homeless AND after losing my mom and dad. I wanted to give my kids and family the best Thanksgiving so I prepared by ordering my ham a week early. Dont bother with this location. Pre-ordered a turkey breast for Thanksgiving on Monday for pick up today, the day before Thanksgiving. Show up to be told they're out of everything and I'll get a refund. Never had this issue with the location on Hall Rd. Lesson learned.
Horrible place and staff!! Was told to come back to get my boneless ham. Come back and they have nothing! Would never rely on this place again. Shut this place down
