I went into Honest-1 in a panic - my battery had died, and one of my sliding doors on my van wasn’t closing. I didn’t have an appointment, and they were able to close the door and replace the battery within an hour! Very helpful, kind, and quick service to boot! It was also nice that even with a hybrid battery, it was lower than the google search pricing I had looked into… so great affordability too! Thank you!!
I called the Honest 1 Auto care because my tail lights were out and they got me right in and fix it for me. They were absolutely great! I will be bringing my car to them in the future.

Brought my car in for a warning light and was disappointed by the lack of transparency. I was charged $100–200 for a diagnostic that I was led to believe was free, and the repair estimate came in about $600 higher than other shops using the same OEM part. At other mechanics the OEM part was quoted at $432 and labor time was quoted for 2 hours.
