Took my vehicle in for transmission malfunction that did not get repaired. Long story about vehicles computer. Repair got complicated real fast. They had my vehicle for 7 days.Ended up getting other routine maintenance done; spark plugs, coolant flush. Issues with vehicle still persist $700.00 later.I now have more issues then I had before I brought it here. Staff dropped the ball with communication early. This gave me the clue that I needed to get my vehicle and find help somewhere else.
Honest1 was able to assess the problem with my vehicle, order parts, repair at a great cost. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. I will be taking all my vehicles to Honest1 from now on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
