Great experience and knowledgeable staff.
I had my 2004 Mazda Miata towed here by AAA. The employees worked hard to diagnose the issue and fix it the same day. The service advisor, Kevin, was kind and respectful every time I talked to him. A lot of care went into my car during service yesterday. I would trust this place again in a heartbeat. My technician was Edgar. I was very impressed with how this establishment was being ran.
Truthfully, i say beware of this location. The concept sounds promising, "an honest mechanic shop" but in the end it was just another place that has really good salesman. I called prior to arriving and since website said they repair transmissions, I called to inquire; they tell me yes. They go through the sales pitch when I arrived, tell me about how they charge for their diagnostic but it doesn't go towards the bill but assured me that they are the most thorough and have nationwide warranty.
