This place is very clear with what the work they are completing and provide in depth analysis and pictures of what they need to fix before proceeding. They also share the complete diagnostics report. The facility is also very clean and they offer a complimentary shuttle to bring you home after you drop off your vehicle. However, you do pay for these services in the long run. Excellent service at Honest One. No issues, good communication and follow-up. Nice to see pictures of the issue before authorizing.
Called and got pricing without issue and then was able to schedule an appointment the next day for tire installation and alignment. Eric was phenomenal with explaining the services and pricing. Our technician Marino did a great job with the tires and our Jeep runs great! Excellent customer service and work.
