Armstrong Autocare is super great. I had to have major work done on all my doors replacing actuators and door locks and cables Eddie also replaced both rear window regulators with the motors. Eddie is my technician. He has been fixing my 2007 Honda Ridgeline for over 10 years. Came in for an alignment and was quoted $120. I understand that there was sales tax, but I was not aware that there were shop charges for an alignment. I guess the manager overheard me and he reduced my bill down to $120. Good work and excellent customer service. I’ll be back
I had such a great experience at Armstrong thanks to Luis and Ramon! My dashboard had the tire pressure light on, I needed an oil change, my tires were squeaking, and I was low on wiper fluid. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently. I originally thought I needed new brakes, but instead of trying to upsell me or take advantage, they were honest and showed me that my brakes were still in great condition. I had Ramon as the service manager. He was well educated and explained everything. They have reasonable prices, were always available anytime if open, and were respectful toward my time/ money. They diagnosed, sent a detailed invoice, fixed the issue, and even saved me some on the bill. Not a parts cannon. Will be keeping their number saved.
Employees gave friendly, professional & excellent customer service. Fixed my veh in a timely, honest, accurate manner. Will recommend to family & friends.
