Victor would not quit until we were totally satisfied. He is a perfectionist. His coworker Martin was very good also.
Victor and his assistant did a great job putting together our kid's new bunk bed. Victor was prompt with his responses, they were respectful while on the job and the assembly was smooth / hassle free. The product had a few missing screws , something that Victor took care of too! Highly recommend.
Victor was very reliable. He came and gave us an estimated of the door fix. Then he came back later the same day, during the time window that he proposed, with the help of another team member Carlos. They did a great job. They made sure not air, nor light entered through the door anymore. Very happy with the results.
Victor was contacted on Wednesday in regard to floor repair. He came out on Thursday to see what we needed him to do. He gave us a price, which was reasonable. By Friday afternoon, he and Carlos had finished my floor. He also fixed the area where water had damaged the floor. Thank you! Very happy with the work.
