I’ve been going here for the past 4 years and I’ve had an amazing experience every time!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Honest Rituals for over a year and previously spent over $300 on services and products. I even had a facial planned (not booked yet) for June, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. While my past in-person and Instagram purchases were fine, their website is a complete fail. I ordered two items two weeks ago, received a "shipping" email with no tracking info, and have since been completely ghosted. I’ve sent two emails and a DM with no reply. Saman was honestly phenomenal. I truly have never had a better massage in my entire existence. The space is so thoughtful & peaceful.
I’m a licensed provider as well and I haven’t had a good service in a long long while and thanks to Bobbi I was restored emotionally, physically, and spiritually with a wonderful facial. Will definitely be back, sad to say I’m only visiting but would love to have this right in my neighborhood in nyc, would be here every week.
