Five stars! These folks are great! They had my truck in the shop the same day I called. Fixed the A/C in less than two hours, and I paid a fraction of what I expected to. Excellent quality of work! Highly recommend!
We were staying at a campground in Marshfield and needed our DEF pump replaced before being able to continue west. Andy was so accommodating to get us back on the road, squeezing us into his very busy schedule. Andy and Brittney are a great example of how successful owners run an honest business.
Fixed my Ford “Death Wobble” after a few failed attempts at other shops for only $1300. I feel like keeping my old 6.7 now that I have a place to take it. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! Andy went in behind another shop that had done inferior work and now I’ll never use anyone but these guys! Excellent communication throughout the entire repair. Andy didn’t just call to let me know about the repairs needed, he asked me to stop by so I could see in person the parts and repairs my truck needed. Very professional and reasonably priced. Wish I found them sooner.
Andy is amazing! We were traveling thru on vacation pulling our 5th wheel when the tensioner and pulley and compressor went out on our F550, stranding us. He jumped on acquiring all the parts and got us up and running in a matter of hours, sacrificing his personal time in the process but putting us back on track just a few hours behind schedule. Would definitely recommend Honest Repair- they are exactly what their name suggests!
