Absolutely the WORST. Will not answer calls or return messages. And if you do by chance get Deana on the phone she can never “talk right now, can you call me back in an hour?” How are you expecting to have a successful business if you can’t ever get anyone on the phone. Pretty sure they screen calls if they think you’re calling about them owing you money or issues on their end. If could give 0 stars i would. THE WORST.

On a Friday morning, we found ourselves in need of immediate assistance and called Honest Plumbing & Rooter. To our amazement, within just one hour, their team arrived with a septic system pumping truck. The driver, Ben, was absolutely awesome.
