Honest Plumbing is the best! Tim has gone above and beyond. I would 100% recommend.
I can’t recommend honest plumbing enough. Tim has rescued us a couple of times in the past 2 months. He always returns a call right away, does exceptional work and is a really nice guy. He gave us several options for a drain clog with different prices. A quick, cheap repair and pray it doesn’t clog again, a clean out for a mid price and a “super clean out” pressure wash with a guarantee for a higher price. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
So pleased with the service we received from Honest Plumbing with a leaky faucet and unplugging a slow drain.. It was easy scheduling an appointment online and we were updated to the technician"s arrival. The technician also told us about a lifetime warranty we had with the brand of faucet and if I didn't mind calling the company to get the parts ordered, there would be no charge for them. A very professional service was provided on all levels.
Tim was very helpful in figuring out what was keeping us from maximizing the hot water from our water heater. We had to change out some parts and now it seems to work great. Would highly recommend!
