An absolute pro! We were having hot water issues and our contractor had his plumber out multiple times to fix it but he never could. I called Tim and he came out, listened to the description of the issue and within 2 hours it was working as it should. He will always be my #1 call for a plumber.
Tim is incredible. I wish I would not have waited as long as I did to hire a plumber. I did not want to deal with haggling and possibly getting taken advantage of… My experience with Honest Plumbing was smooth sailing. The problem was diagnosed, the options and prices were transparent, and the job was done correctly. I even added a garbage disposal install while Tim was over and fixing our original issue. I felt so comfortable and confident with the company and the process. Thanks so much!
Tim did a great job of diagnosis and repair, as well as installation of a water purification system. He was very personable and professional.
Tim from Honest Plumbing lives up to the name! He showed up promptly (same day) in an emergency leak/flood situation and fixed the problem to replace our hot water tank and get our water back online.
