First time was great. Had an amazing esthetician. Receptionist was very good. I originally had a great experience then it went downhill. I bought products ran out.. called to get appt w same person, she left. Wanted products went in and no one to be found.. No one ever asked if I wanted a facial again. I waited 10 minutes and no one at desk so I left .. 3 days later I went back in....no one there again for at least 15 mins! Gave em a chance. My sister and I got the head spa and loved it!
On a whim, I decided to get Xeomin while visiting my niece in Jacksonville. I’ve had Botox and Dysport in the past and a huge concern is always droopy eye. Marlina was very thorough in explaining where to put the injections based on the aesthetic that I wanted. It’s almost the full 2 weeks and I love the results. It sounds crazy but I will definitely be driving the 3 hours for future appointments based on my results.
