I Just took my honda accord to get tie rods put on and an alignment three days ago in which the mechanic (black guy with dreads(Demetrius to be exact)) broke my tail light. When I asked him about it he tried to lie and said "I only moved it from here to there" but he drove it to NTB for them to do the alignment and must've hit something along the route. Do not, I repeat do NOT take your car here!! I'm from South Carolina and was in Greensboro with family to avoid the recent hurricane. I took it here to get a new alternator and battery. They made multiple promises of when it would be done. Finally got it after 3 days. When I got back to South Carolina, I took it to a local shop that I trust because I wanted to make sure the work was done right and I'm so glad I did.
