I broke down on the side of the highway while traveling through the desert. I had a blown coolant hose. A technician, Duskin, from Honest John's happened to be on a call heading past me BUT he stopped to see if I needed help AND he called it in for me! I got taken care of right away by a tech named Mike. LATER (almost two months) i was looking for the receipt and i called the number on the business card i had been given the day i was helped. Double check everything before u get out of there , they leave bunch of tools inside when i open the hood find it , the guy was working on my truck looks very high !!!!!

Stay away from them. Especially the guy Jonathan or Dustin , whatever his name was - not reliable , not knowledgeable, no communication.
