Make sure you don’t sign the part of the contract that states that they are not responsible for damages to your property. They will just thrash and destroy the surrounding area. Left the yard a mess and destroyed my fence. Grounds not level….. real smash and grab job from these bums. 0 respect for elders. Just a good old no-good yella-belly thief.
