I used Jim to fix my washer. It was fixed in less than a week and he didn't charge astronomical prices. They also re-installed my dryer hose which needed cutting so it would fit at no extra cost. He is semi-retired now and sometimes he doesn't answer his phone, but he did me a great service and I thank him.
