Ordered a “honest special sandwich” that clearly listed pineapple spread - dish arrived without it. Staff admitted they forgot, but made no real effort to fix it and still charged for it. When I raised the issue, I was met with attitude and zero accountability. The manager’s response was to hide behind “we’ve been serving this for 15 years,” instead of addressing a clear mistake.
