When my air conditioner made a terrible knocking noise it scared me. It was just as I was heading to bed. I turned it off completely after going out & ckng it to be sure there didn't be something happening so after talking to my son he said to be sure to call you first thing and see when you could come out. We got a second opinion from Honest HVAC, and I'm so glad we did. They actually took the time to research our unit and found that our compressor was still under warranty. Another company had already told us we needed to replace it without ever mentioning the warranty. Honest HVAC's attention to detail ended up saving us atound $2,000. They were honest, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us instead of just making a sale. I highly recommend giving them a call before making any big HVAC decisions!
