Heat went out completely, and it's been very cold. Contacted Mike around midday, he said he could make it between 5:30-7:30. Actually came a little after 5. Went through his diagnosis, determined the probable, had the part on the truck, and got the furnace going again. Working great. He was considerate and knowledgeable, and figured it out. I'd definitely recommend him, and will use him again.

Honest Heating & Cooling to save the day! Of course our furnace would break down in the middle of a polar vortex over the weekend. We were able to get an appointment for the next day with Michael. He was punctual, thorough with his evaluation and honest, giving us options. He completed the work in less than 2 hours and everything is back up and running. I highly recommend Honest Heating and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

My furnace stopped working, I called them on Friday, they came out that same day to diagnose the problem, then came back the very next day with the part they needed to replace. They were very prompt, professional, and had a very fair price for their services. I will be using them again for our future hvac needs and would highly recommend them.
