Service technician Mike was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I highly recommend.
Michael responded to our inquiry almost immediately, and was able to come to our house within a couple of hours to check our AC unit that wasn’t functioning properly in this 100 degree heat. He was super friendly, super knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Luckily the unit is OK, but when we do need a new one, we’d trust Michael to install it even after just one service from him. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Heat went out completely, and it's been very cold. Contacted Mike around midday, he said he could make it between 5:30-7:30. Actually came a little after 5. Went through his diagnosis, determined the probable, had the part on the truck, and got the furnace going again. Working great. He was considerate and knowledgeable, and figured it out. I'd definitely recommend him, and will use him again.
