The gentleman was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Weighed my old family gold jewelry right in front of me with a WA state certified scale, and had the most updated prices per ounce for different types of gold well-documented. Fast and easy. If I dig up more old family stuff that is just gathering dust, I'll return.
