Very helpful. Huge amount of choices. Special order items came exactly when they said. Install was set very quickly. The installation was done in a day. That was flooring and baseboards in 4 rooms. The installers worked straight thru all day. Came at 8. Done by 4. Amazing.
The installers were professional, friendly, and very helpful with getting the furniture in and out. The carpet They brought for one of the rooms was not the correct Carpet. I called the store and they immediately corrected it and sent over The right piece. It was just a misunderstanding that they corrected immediately.

We picked out our carpet. Collin came to measure. We stopped back into the store to schedule. They said their scheduler was out to lunch and would call. That has been two weeks ago. Must have been a long lunch. We found carpet elsewhere. If you want reliability don't go here A complete misunderstanding and system error. Honest Freds was honest and admitted their mistake and actually sent a paper letter. I appreciate the apology and will go back for future flooring needs. Good business practices.
