Ive always had positive experiences with eye clinics that share space at Target so I figured this would be a good place to get my contacts prescription renewed. Was I ever wrong. From the moment I scheduled my exam this place didn't give me the feeling they were very competent. I had to give them my personal info and insurance info 3 separate times before I even had the visit. Things got weird when they started requesting SSN info over poorly written texts so they could file the claim with insurance before I even got there. ... read more
There was a bit of a wait for 20 mins appointment thus I ended up being there for almost an hour from start to finish. That’s the only reason for 4 stats. Otherwise good service.
Not sure what changed, but cannot recommend this business. Terrible service, disorganized, and a lot of miscommunication- also will refer you to another location for the dilation exam. Sketchy.
