Great experience! And was opened on Sunday! This is my family’s new eye doctor!
I had a great experience on 10/1/25 when getting the initial exam and was told to make another exam if I was interested in contacts. So I returned for contacts on 10/2, and it was a complete 180. Different doctor and technician. It felt like an assembly line and did not bother to slow down and read why I was there or preform the additional exam. The doctor performed a very thorugh exam, and explained me evetything regarding my eyes' condition. She was very kind and open to hear any questions or concerns I had. Her staff is very kind and willing toassist me.
Honest Care Elyson is completely unprofessional and incompetent. They waited until just 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to call and say they “couldn’t verify” my VSP insurance. At that point, I had already gotten my baby and my 10-year-old in the car to head over. This excuse doesn’t make sense. Just yesterday, my husband and I had no issues using the exact same insurance with the amazing Brilliant Eye Doctors/Visionworks next door, and last week my daughter was seen at Vision Source without a problem.
