The most horrific and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. The uncomplete service call that resulted to a deliberate scam claiming to replace an inoperable sump-pump through Choice Home Warranty which I told them to run an internal investigation and to also remove them from providing me any future service. MY RATING IS 0 STARS
