This company is garbage. I had a terrible experience last week with the technician, who was completely unprofessional. He arrived at 10:00 AM, even though he was scheduled to be there between 7:00 and 11:00 AM. He left, saying he'd be back at 3:00 PM, but didn't return until 5:30 PM. Then he left again, came back at 8:00 PM, and finally finished at 9:00 PM. I paid him extra because supposedly the keys have two locks, one with a key and the other manual. He was very polite, knowledgable and replaced by disposal in a timeley manner and was theral in cleaning up afterwards. I would call on him anytime that I need repairs or replacements.
