The most horrific and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. The uncomplete service call that resulted to a deliberate scam claiming to replace an inoperable sump-pump through Choice Home Warranty which I told them to run an internal investigation and to also remove them from providing me any future service. MY RATING IS 0 STARS

Shady company sent by Choice Home Warranty, which only seems to use shady contractors. Showed up in a beat up black van with two windows beat up and the name of the company poorly stenciled on the side of it. Person who looked at the roof didn't even know how to open the ladder and turned out to be the new nephew of the owner who was there for training. The actual owner of the company never even looked at the roof. Paid for the service call as per the warranty then the company refused to even give a receipt. Choice warranty ... read more
Poor communication! Waiting days (several) and NO callback. Requested all my personal information regarding my insurance claim but he NEVER, responded with cost, etc. I called several times and he was out running errands . Called my insurance company who said they never heard from him.
Patrick was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire experience. He came in and fixed several plumbing issues that I had in both the bathroom and the kitchen in a breeze!
