Having a leak in your home is incredibly frustrating, but it’s even more unacceptable when a company fails to use due diligence to properly diagnose and fix the issue. A simple repair to a spigot could have saved me a great deal of time and frustration. As a Choice Home Warranty policy holder, we have the right to remove contractors from our preferred list, and it’s time we start holding accountable those who show up, collect the service fee, but show little interest in actually resolving the problem. CHW provided Honest Construction N Action to fix our leaking faucets throughout our home. The technician was prompt and thorough and while working with us discovered several additional issues that we then discussed with CHW. We were able to have several issues completed in a very timely manner and highly recommend Honest Construction N Action for their professionalism, timeliness and knowledge within their field.
This company should be BANNED as a service provider for Choice Home Warranty. The technician that came to my house was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He charged me a fee for the service call and then accused me of lying about the claim and then denied it. Utterly ridiculous.
