First, let me tell you how stressed out I was. I called Honest Chimney and super nice lady answered and ensured that I could be helped today! Willy, the owner, called me a short few minutes later and was quickly en route to my house. He and his son Nicholas, quickly diagnosed my problem, gave me an extremely fair price and fixed my problem in no time at all. So I called and , Karen who answered my questions and made my apointment was so sweet friendly and transparent. When Willie the owner came to check on my Chimney issue he was also very friendly assured me it would be taken care of and does fast clean work. Thanks to them my issue was fixed same day and I will definitely use Honest Chimney again.

In this day and age, it’s hard to find legitimate reviews for needed services. Luckily, for anyone that needs chimney work done on their property, Honest Chimney’s reviews are 100% accurate. I was advised by my oil burner service tech that I needed a chimney sweep done. I called Honest Chimney, and Karen quickly fit me into their schedule. Willy and his crew arrived and upon inspecting my chimney, he said I needed a new chimney liner, as the old one had collapsed. We were truly blessed being recommended to Honest Chimney.. we had a pretty big issue with a collapsed interior of our chimney , it was filled with cement and bricks. They came right over and fixed it without hesitation, we did not have heat and couldn’t use the hot water , carbon monoxide would have filled the house. An excellent family business, doesn’t get better than that! We are grateful! Having a peace of mind knowing they do quality work made us feel safe. No question marks needed when using this company!!
