Gluten free biscuit - I did a sandwich with egg and cheese. they ask if the GF request is due to allergy or preference, which was nice. I’ve only had two GF biscuits but this was like a real biscuit. It was so soft and moist. I think the butter hole helps. I think about this biscuit often.
