Tom at Honest Auto cost me $1,500 of damage. I brought my car in to have my breaks and rotors changed. all four wheels. This happend on 06/13/25. I dropped my car off at approximately 8:30am. I had to call him before he closed for him to tell me that it was ready and I could come pick up my car. I don't live far from his shop so it didn't take long to get there. This guy is not Honest, he charge me for work he did not do. I brought my car to another mechanic and paid a fraction of what Honest auto wanted to charge me. He charge my daughter almost $400 to run a test on a transmission and she didn't have a transmission problem. Stay away from this shop.
I would give them ten stars!! Their name fits them. I had used them on two occasions! They changed my lightbulbs on both headlights which in their system stated it would take an hour. Their system showed two different prices for each headlight. Came back in about 5 -10 minutes and only charged me for one side and even discounted that side. They are honest people and are quick who will squeeze you in their busy schedule.
Always knowagble and fair Doing business since 2006 Wouldn't go anywhere else
I have been using Honest Auto for over 20 years, Tom is great, will always contact you on problems with your car with the pricing before fixing it.
